 Imam hussain was important figure in Islam, he is said to be the grandson prophet mohammad, He is really admired in islam for his bravery, faith and courage. After the death of prophet mohammad there were disputes for who will rule so the so Yazid who was the ruler at the time, he was unjust and gone against the islamic principles. On the 10th of Muharram (a month in the Islamic calendar), known as Ashura, Imam Hussain and his small group of supporters faced Yazid's large army. The size of there army is comparitively very larger but still imam hussain and his small group fought them with bravery but eventually killed. This story shows us to take stand against wrong and injustice.
